Full Automatic Bottle Wax Sealing Machine with Water Cooling

Product Description

The patented semi-automatic wax sealing machine can achieve a round wax seal on the top of the container with a concave bottom. The fool-style operation only requires one person to load and unload the bottle body, which can replace the work efficiency of 4-5 people, greatly reducing the labor intensity and improving production efficiency. Great cost savings, and has been favored by users since it was put on the market.
Work Process:
Manual waxing → melting wax → bottle type adjustment and bottling → start → automatic dip wax → automatic water cooling → finish → next working cycle...
Performance Description:
The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel and aluminum extrusion, with compact appearance, reasonable design, wide adaptability, stable performance and low malfunction rate.
It adopts reasonable flap structure and mature pneumatic drive, and has a strong bottle shape adaptability. It can adapt to all bottle shapes with grooves at the bottom below 1.5 liters, and can also be adapted to 3-5 liter bottles by changing the fixture.
The wax melting device adopts a linear temperature-adjustable system, which is suitable for all kinds of waxes. The sealing effect is round and consistent, and the capacity of about 350 bottles per hour can be achieved by one person (the upgraded model has a production capacity of about 700 bottles/hour, and the fully automatic model has a production capacity of 3000-6000 bottles/hour in design and development).
