Structural components
Drum:Used for winding wire rope and realizing the take-up and pay-off of wire rope through rotation.

Wire rope: It is the main bearing component of the hoist and is made by twisting multiple strands of steel wire.
Hook: Used for hanging heavy objects.
Motor and Reducer: The motor provides power. Through the reducer, the high-speed rotating motor output is converted into low-speed and high-torque output to meet the lifting and running requirements of the hoist.
Brake: Used to lock the drum when it stops running to prevent heavy objects from sliding down.
Working principle The wire rope hoist for single-girder crane is driven by a motor to drive the reducer. The reducer drives the drum to rotate, thereby realizing the take-up and pay-off of the wire rope. When the wire rope is wound on the drum, the hook rises; when the wire rope is released from the drum, the hook descends. During the lifting and descending process, the brake can brake the drum at any time to ensure the safety of heavy objects.
