It integrates crushing, cooking, squeezing and degreasing, and drying. It has a compact structure, a small floor area, and is easy to install. It is suitable for small and medium-sized breeding areas and slaughterhouses to carry out harmless treatment of diseased and dead livestock and poultry nearby without transportation to prevent the cross-transmission of germs. The equipment has a compact and integrated structure, and the installation location is not limited.
2. High efficiency
This equipment can adopt two methods: electric heating steam and electric heating heat-conducting oil, supplemented by frequency conversion technology, which can greatly reduce the electricity cost. Secondly, the heating area is large and the temperature rises rapidly, thereby reducing the processing time, accelerating the production efficiency, and reducing the daily operating cost. The processing capacity is divided into three specifications: 300kg/batch, 500kg/batch, and 1000kg/batch. The entire processing process only takes 3 hours, and the processing cost per ton is about 260 yuan.
3. Turning waste into treasure
After 3 hours of high-temperature harmless treatment of livestock and poultry organic matter, it will all turn into biological meat and bone meal, which can be used as raw materials for feed or organic fertilizer, and the grease can be made into industrial oil to realize the resource recovery and reuse of the waste of diseased and dead livestock and poultry bodies and turn waste into treasure.
4. Green and environmental protection
This harmless treatment equipment does not need to install a boiler. The overall sealing, no liquid leakage, no air leakage, can effectively avoid environmental pollution. The biomass fuel high-temperature calcination method is used for deodorization, without exhaust gas and wastewater discharge, which is green and environmentally friendly. The high temperature is 160°C, the high pressure is 0.4MPa, and the quality change time is maintained for more than 60 minutes for sterilization, without secondary pollution, no toxic exhaust gas emission, no liquid discharge, no unpleasant odor, and the whole closed treatment meets the environmental protection requirements.
5. High degree of automation and easy operation
PLC touch screen automatic program control, online monitoring and automatic control of working temperature, pressure, and material humidity, automatic feeding, operation, and discharging, easy to operate, and at the same time, it also avoids personnel from contacting diseased and dead animals and avoids cross-transmission of germs. The batch cooking and continuous squeezing, degreasing and drying process is adopted, with a high temperature of 130°C, a high pressure of 0.3MPa, and an operation time of 1 hour, which is fast.
6. Reasonable design and stable operation
This harmless treatment equipment is manufactured in accordance with the manufacturing standard of GB150-2011 pressure vessels, with high pressure resistance, and safety valves and pressure controllers are all available.
