LN-JDC electromagnetic flowmeter Rs485 dn100-dn3000 seawater digital flowmeter
This Electromagnetic flow meters can be used to measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive fluids in closed pipelines. Widely used for flow measurement and control in industrial and agricultural production processes such as petroleum, chemical, steel metallurgy, water supply and drainage, water conservancy irrigation, water treatment, environmental wastewater measurement and control, papermaking, medicine, food, etc.
★ The linear measurement principle can achieve high-precision measurement without being affected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity;
★ There is no obstruction or moving parts in the measuring tube, and the pressure loss is small, so it will not cause additional energy loss or blockage, and the energy-saving effect is significant. It is particularly suitable for measuring liquid-solid two-phase flow media such as sewage, mud, slurry, pulp, etc.
★ Low installation requirements, the front straight pipe section only requires 5D, and the rear straight pipe section is 3D (D is the inner diameter of the selected instrument)
★ The nominal diameter of DN3-DN3000 has a wide coverage range, with multiple options for lining and electrodes, which can meet the requirements for measuring various conductive flow rates;
★ Equipped with communication signal outputs such as MODBUS-RS485, HART, GPRS, and PROFIBUS (optional)
The converter adopts a 32-bit embedded microprocessor, fully digital processing, fast computing speed, strong anti-interference ability, reliable measurement, high accuracy, and a measurement range of up to 1500:1
★ High definition backlit LCD display, full Chinese character menu operation, easy to use, simple to operate, easy to learn and understand; ★ It has conductivity measurement function, can distinguish whether the sensor is empty, and has self checking and self diagnostic functions;
The internal calculator can display forward cumulative flow, reverse cumulative flow, and instantaneous flow separately.

Detail features
A： Electrode material and applicable scope
316L is used for measuring slightly corrosive media such as water, sewage, or inorganic or organic acids.
2 Hastelloy B (HB) has good corrosion resistance to all concentrations of hydrochloric acid below boiling point, as well as to non oxidizing acids, bases, and non oxidizing salt solutions such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid, and organic acids.
3 Hastelloy C (HC) is resistant to corrosion by oxidizing acids such as nitric acid, mixed acids, or solutions, as well as mixed media of chromic acid and sulfuric acid; Also resistant to oxidation
Corrosion caused by factors such as Fe++, Cu++, or other oxidants, such as corrosion caused by hypochlorite seawater above room temperature.
4.Titanium (Ti) can withstand corrosion from seawater, various chlorides and hypochlorites, oxidizing acids (including fuming nitric acid), organic acids, alkalis, etc; Not resistant to the corrosion of relatively pure reducing acids (such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid), but if the acid contains oxidants (such as nitric acid, Fe+++, Cu++), the corrosion resistance is greatly reduced.
5.Tantalum (Ta) has excellent corrosion resistance, similar to glass. Except for hydrofluoric acid, fuming sulfuric acid, fuming nitric acid, and alkali, it can withstand corrosion from almost all chemical media (including boiling point hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, and sulfuric acid). Not resistant to corrosion in alkali.
Platinum iridium alloy is suitable for almost all chemical substances, but not for aqua regia and ammonium salts.
Tungsten carbide has good wear resistance and can be used for measuring high wear media, such as pulp, slurry, etc.
B: Lining material, performance, and scope of application
1. chloroprene rubber (CR) 1. Resistant to oil, solvents, oxidation, and general acidic, alkaline, and oxidizing media such as 1.0 ℃~80 ℃ non strong acid, strong alkali, and strong oxidizing media such as 1.0 ℃~80 ℃ non strong acid, strong alkali, and strong oxidizing media. 2. Can measure mud and water.
2. Silicone fluororubber (FVMQ) 2. It has excellent elasticity and wear resistance, but its cold resistance is higher than that of non abrasive and non corrosive media at -25 ℃~150 ℃ 2. It is suitable for high-temperature fluid working conditions.
3 Polyurethane rubber (PU) 1. Good low temperature resistance, can still work normally at -55 ℃
2. It has outstanding heat resistance and can work for a long time at 180 ℃. 1.-25℃~60℃
2. Neutral and strongly worn mineral slurry, coal slurry, and mud
4 Teflon (PFA) 1. Has excellent wear resistance and elasticity. 2. Poor acid and alkali resistance. 1. Non abrasive media at -25 ℃~140 ℃ 2. Sanitary media
5 perfluoroethylene propylene diene Ene(F46)
1. It has hydrophobicity and non adhesiveness. 2. Corrosion resistance is second only to PFA 3. Metal mesh can be added to improve negative pressure resistance. 4. Poor wear resistance.

6.Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is the most chemically stable material in plastics
The material is capable of withstanding boiling hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, and aqua regia, as well as concentrated alkali and various organic solvents. It is not resistant to corrosion from chlorine trifluoride, high-temperature oxygen trifluoride, high flow rate liquid fluorine, liquid oxygen, and ozone.
