Suited to process pure cotton, color cotton and chemical fiber in length below 65mm.this machine is mainly used for finely mixing 2-6 different material for blowroom & card production line.
Function of machine is to precisely weight and feed material according to proportion then to make even mixing to equal the each composition of material in every unit weight so as to eliminate yarn chromatic difference, tenacity irregularity duo to material uneven mixing.

By efficient use of space, automatic feed production: 400kg/h for standard type and 550kg/h for high production type of cotton fibers and various chemical fibers. The high performance feeder adopts the big storage box with four side air exhaust to increase the quantity of cotton storage and accurately control the pressure inside the storage box;The precise application of servo technology ensures the precision of cotton feeding, and the raw materials are gently opened and released to the hopper of weighing unit.
