It mainly consists of liquid strain fermentation tanks, electronic control cabinets, and other parts, with the function of rapidly and massively cultivating liquid strains of edible fungi and various microorganisms.
The working principle of liquid bacterial fermentation tank is based on biological fermentation technology. It adds sterilized culture medium to the fermentation tank, mixes the culture medium thoroughly with air by stirring, and then promotes the proliferation and growth of bacterial cells through appropriate temperature, humidity, and ventilation conditions. During the fermentation process, the mycelium grows in the culture medium, forming the fruiting body of the mushroom.

The tank section includes various pressure gauges, valves, heating tube sockets, safety valves, etc. The electronic control cabinet includes a circuit control system that uses a microcomputer to control sterilization temperature, time, cultivation status, and time.
