Structural characteristics:
The feeding block is sawed by variable frequency motor.
The lifting guide rail structure adopts V and flat rail to ensure the perpendicularity of cutting.
The saw frame can be assembled with 80-100 diamond saw blades (cutting plate thickness about 20 mm) .
The saw frame moves to and fro with static pressure sliding sleeve circular guide rail structure.
The saw blade is evenly tensioned by hydraulic pressure.
The main motor is driven by frequency conversion, and the flywheel is driven by hydraulic coupling.
The flywheel drive adopts double crank to drive double connecting rod and saw frame to move back and forth.
It has the advantages of small movement resistance, low power consumption and high cutting accuracy.
