Cylindrical Straight Spindle: Equipped with a P4 ultra-precision angular roller bearing, this spindle delivers low noise, minimal vibration, and high torque even at high-speed rotations. Ideal for heavy-duty cutting and diverse forming grinding applications.
Automatic Lubrication System: Our machine features a state-of-the-art circulating automatic lubrication system. Once the main spindle activates, the lubrication oil immediately starts circulating, ensuring forced lubrication for each screw and slide. This significantly reduces slide wear. An oil mirror is strategically placed above the column for real-time lubrication monitoring.
