Qingdao Jinran provide you solutions for both cold box ,warm box and hot box core shooting technology, based on our experience gained from the installed core shooters. We deliver core shooters that can produce complex core shapes with short cycle time( usually less than a minute), completely automated till core ejection to reduce the cost of labour. Our Core Shooters produces cores ranging from 0.5 kg to heavy 200 Kg cores.

Performance and Charecteristics
1. Suitable for rapid curing of the resin sand of cold core box bytriethylamine or CO2, high efficiency, low cost and low gas
evolution to sand core or sand moulds.
2. PLC program control, LCD screen parameter setting, process display, fault diagnosis, manual/automatic/point operation, automatic digital display temperature control.
3. Adopt vibration pressurization sand shooting technology, high rigidity andprecision, finish good, no waste, less rest sand in sand shooting head.
4.Precise guiding device for sand cylinder, amine plate and vertical motion. after shooting sand, automatically blown, cured and cleaned. Remove mould automatically to take out sand core.
5. Equipped with high performance SL series triethylamine generator, highproduction efficiency, little amine, no pollution, no need for secondary blowing.
6. 2-6 opening mould model with vertical parting, AT94LS double openingmould, double working station(installing two moulds to make sand cores at the same time), convenient sand core making and mould lifting, improve productivity.
7. High frequency quenching hard chromium guide rail with high precision and long service life, the mold can be multi-directional, sealing automatic door to improve the operating environment.
8.All movement and core shooting is air operated or driven by pneumatic or hydraulic together.

Q:How many days do you need to produce this machine? A: Usually 15-25 days,it depends on the machine and power mode, customized type will be 30-45 days,for production line equipments will take 2-3 moths.
Q: How to control your quality ? A:First of all, we have professional technical team to design the machine. And we have strict production system, the quality inspection department will check the quality regularly.For the smaller machine we will install the machine at our workshop to make sure it can work well.For the bigger machine, we will install the machine for our customers until it can work well.
