Process action descriptionThe entire stack of gypsum boards is placed on the storage conveyor by a forklift. The suction type automatic board feeding machine sucks a single gypsum board onto a positioning conveyor, and then the gluing machine starts gluing (according to the length direction of the board). The glue applicator is equipped with 5 glue nozzles, and the top board of each group stack is not gluing. After the gluing is completed, a group of boards is fed into the saw blade host through a servo feed device for cutting.After cutting the finished gypsum strip 1200 * 100, buffer 10 finished gypsum strips on the sawing belt conveyor, and then grab them by the manipulator and stack them on the finished product stack, and stack them at 90 degrees crossing for each layer. After stacking on a certain number of layers, the conveyor is transported to the forklift position, and the forklift forks it away.
