Main Machines For the line
Belt conveyor
Choose from light or heavy-duty belt conveyors, designed with precision to prevent material spillage, powered by gearbox motors. Additionally, integrate a metal detector for enhanced safety and efficiency.
Shredder For substantial raw materials like large plastic drums, tanks, and lumps, choose our robust shredders for initial size reduction. Post shredding, materials undergo further processing in secondary crushers, achieving particle sizes below 12mm for optimal cleaning. YILI offers a diverse series of shredders, tailored to meet various capacities and specific customer requirements.
Crusher
Our crushers transform materials into smaller, manageable sizes, integrating water to cleanse and cool the blades during operation. This process enhances washing efficacy and facilitates easy packing of the final product.
Frication Washer The Frication Washer operates at high speed with water, meticulously removing contaminants, dirt, and grease from the material. Post-wash, materials proceed to the floating tank for further purification.
Floating tank
Efficiently separate sediment and metal contaminants with our floating tank, featuring customizable washing wheels controlled by inverters. The magnetic valve at the bottom ensures timely discharge of debris. Made from durable stainless steel, this module guarantees longevity and reliability.
Centrifugal Dryer Our horizontal centrifugal dryer offers superior drying performance for plastic flakes, coupled with low energy consumption. The grid mesh incorporates a self-cleaning function, enhancing both washing and drying processes.
Hot air pipeline heating
Constructed from stainless steel, the hot air pipeline efficiently delivers heat to further dry materials, significantly reducing internal moisture levels.
