Product Description

Characteristic of shearing machine1. The overall frame structure is welded in whole. The internal stress is eliminated by vibration, making its structure more robust and reliable. The oil route cable is built-in, the appearance is beautiful, tidy.
2. The upper and lower cut gaps do not require manual adjustment, adopt utility model, ensuring good cutting gap when cutting thin or thick plate.
3. The upper knife holder is active and adjustable as a whole, thus extending the service life.
4. The use of hydraulic backhaul design can achieve point cutting angle, but also avoid nitrogen leakage, and shearing vibration and noise, ensure that the machine runs smooth and quiet, without the need to fix the foundation.
5. The rear retainer can be easily removed and suspended in the knife holder, providing simple and convenient conditions for cutting very long plate materials.
6. The worktable surface and the body are welded and processed in a whole. And the widen countertop and long right-angle arm and the height of the humanized design allow the operator to complete the work comfortably and efficiently.
7. All hydraulic oil pipes are connected with bite type tube fittings/ferrules, avoiding traditional welding oil leakage and inconvenience maintenance and other problems.
