MH1109 veneer splicing machine has a splicing structure of hot air glue thread , it can make the narrower veneer stitch to wider veneer in seconds by using friction disk and glue thread. Friction disk with tolerance compensation ensures the surface in the plane. We promise that the wood veneer and veneer can be perfectly seamed due to our productions' seamless paste and the stitching without gaps. A special LANG BORDEN glue thread is applied via a heating tube in a zig-zag or wavy line pattern. This ensures tight joints, strong adhesion and tear resistance even on very wavy veneers.
Veneer splicing machines mainly apply to seam the wood veneer and veneer about 0.3-4mm.Veneer splicing machine can suture the two wood veneer and the line taken out of the machine formed into "Z" or wavy pattern,which it's using the glue thread.By using the glue thread as original sticky materials,the two veneer can secure with the sticky tape.
