0.6-2.0mm x 1.5m x 50m High Quality Hypalon Rolls, Hypalon Sheet, Hypalon Fabrics for Inflatable Boats, High Speed Train, Bus Jointer Description: the hypalon rubber sheet, hypalon roll are made by drum vulcanizer(ROTOCURE) or plate vulcanizer with high quality hypalon material. The hypalon is a synthetic rubber for chlorosulfonated polyethylene(CSM) which one well known for its resistant to chemical, extreme temperature and UV. With wide service temperatures ranging from -40°C to 140°C., Hypalon rubber offers an excellent resistance to environmental conditions especially ozone and UV light, and is excellent resistant for corrosive chemicals. In addition, Hypalon are outstanding in resistance to deterioration by heat, oils, and many chemicals and fluids. so it is recommended for outdoor applications that require durability and tough enough to use for seals and equipment protection for the chemical and automotive industries. 1-10mm thickness made by drum vulcanizer(ROTOCURE) with shiny surface, 12-100mm thickness made by plate vulcanizer for higher thickness. With middling hardness and high tensile strength, excellent performance of aging resistance, oxygenation resistant, high temperature resistant, low temperature resistant, oil resistant, acid and alkali resistant, chemic cautery resistant, working in the liquid which contains 70% acid or alkali at the temperature of -40°C - +140°C. Apply to punch all kinds of seals, gaskets, chemical container lining with other shapes and cover on the mechanical equipments.
