The production line is composed of auxiliary equipment such as cooling and shaping, cutting and pulling, and finally winding, etc. through twin-screw extrusion, filter mesh changer and melt metering pump into high-precision mold and four-roll film forming system.
Special requirements, in addition to meeting the requirements of the equipment process conditions, acceptance also emphasizes the following four indicators:
1, film characteristics: low tension winding, uniform thickness, uniform vertical and horizontal direction.
2, the characteristics of the film roll: the film is neatly wound, the film roll surface is flat, no wrinkle, no discount, the end face is flat, the film surface is not violent reinforcement, etc.
3. Temperature difference characteristics: the temperature difference of the cylinder is controlled at ±1℃, and the temperature difference of the die head is controlled at ±1℃;
4, equipment features: degradation material special casting molding device.
The unit uses PLA and PBAT materials to enter the screw for extrusion plasticization, and the special film of PLA and PBAT is rolled by precision mold. The film is formed into special film of PLA and PBAT on the matte roller, which is cut off by edge cutting and length counting, and finally rolled into the product.
