Brief Introduction of chaff cutter The chaff cutter is agricultural and livestock machinery used to cut green (dry) corn straw, rice straw, and other crop straws and pasture. The chaff cutter uses supporting power, which is transmitted to the main shaft. The gear at the other end of the main shaft transmits the speed-regulated power to the pressing machine through the gearbox, universal joint, etc. When the material to be processed enters between the upper and lower pressing machines, it is clamped and fed into the cutting mechanism at a certain speed. After being chopped by the high-speed rotating knife, it is thrown out of the machine through the grass outlet. The other type is a trailer type, which is towed by a tractor and powered by a diesel engine.
