Production Description
1. It adopts a large-span bridge type and beam structure. The principal axis system adopts 2-stage deceleration mechanism, thus increasing the principal axis working torque.The up-down adopts a hydraulic system to carry out stable high-speed cutter feeding(saw requirements).The large block can be put directly on the ground,thus increasing the processing stability and saving machine maintenance costs greatly.
2. It uses PLC controlling system that can set up cutting size and achieve auto cutting.
3. This apparatus adopts diamond high-speed grinding technology to cut stone block into slabs through crossbeam displacement of cutter head and precise positioning of up-down limit position. It applies to cutting slabs of granite and marble blocks and stones of other specifications.
