WQ series submersible sewage pump with features of notable energy-saving effect, wrapping-proof, non-block, auto-installation and auto-control, and an unique effect on the drainage of solid grains and long fiber rubbish.
By adopting an unique impeller structure and a new-style mechanical seal, it can effectively transport liquid with solids and long fibers. Compared with the conventional impeller, the impeller of this pump uses a form of single or dual flow-path, similar to an elbow of the same section and of an extremely good flow-through performance, and fitted with a reasonable turbine room, this pump can work very effectively and, via the dynamic and static balancing test on the impeller, it runs stably and reliably.This series pump with an advanced hydraulic performance, high efficiency, multiple structures and installation modes, simplifying the pump station and saving the investment.. The impeller is the rotating component of a centrifugal pump. Liquid directed into the centre of the rotating impeller is picked up by the impeller's vanes and accelerated to a higher velocity by the rotation of the impeller and discharged by centrifugal force into the case (diffuser). The collection chamber in the casing converts much of the Kinetic Energy (energy due to velocity) into Head or Pressure. For the most part, pump performance and efficiency depend on the type of impeller. Different variations of the impeller have been made to suit various applications.
Regarding impeller of submersible sewage pumps, we have vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type and non-clog impeller with cutter type for options.Robust copper electric motor and UL water-proof armored cable ensure stable power supply for submersible sewage pump of big flow rate. An auto coupling set is also known as a guide rail set/system. This is a slide rail assembly that enables a pump to be easily lifted or lowered within a sump or chamber, for cleaning or maintenance duties without the need to disconnect fittings, fixings or pipe work. A standard kit consists of a base ("duckfoot" or "pedestal"), pump adaptor/guide hook and upper rail positioning bracket. It sets include lifting chains and shackles. Depending on what model is selected, the pump is guided up and down by one or two rails, not included, which direct the pump to its proper seating location (with a positive seal) or enable simple removal from the system/sump.
