PE-683G Double Glue Pot Fully Automatic Linear Edge banding Machine

Product Characteristics: This machine is primarily used for edge banding of furniture panels. The edge banding machines currently used by furniture manufacturers are equipped with dual glue pot edging units, enabling simultaneous heating of two different colors of hot melt glue, which can be quickly and automatically switched according to edge banding needs, meeting the requirements of customized production. Additionally, the machine can be optionally equipped with pneumatic point-adjustable trimming, allowing for quick switching between thin and thick edge banding tapes. Its characteristics include automation, high efficiency, high precision, and aesthetic quality. It has already been widely applied in domestic panel furniture production companies. Main Operational Functions: 1. Pre-Spray Device: Applies a separating agent. 2. Pre-Milling: Prepares the panel edge. 3. Lower Glue Pot with Tape Feeding and Gluing: Applies glue and attaches edge banding (optional upgrades to include upper glue pot, quick melt glue, PUR, or laser edge banding). 4. High-Speed End Trimming: Quickly trims panel ends. 5. Manual Rough Trimming: Initial edge trimming. 6. Manual Fine Trimming: Secondary edge trimming. 7. Profiling Tracking: Ensures accurate edge profiling. 8. Manual Scraping: Initial edge scraping. 9. Flexible Flat Scraping: Provides a smooth finish. 10. Post-Spray Device: Applies a cleaning agent. 11. Polishing 1 and Polishing 2: Dual polishing stages for a high-quality finish.
