Huixian Xinda Textile machinery accessories provide export-oriented TS series coreless shuttle weft tubes (weft tubes, filament tubes,nylon pirn), with various specifications, with the length of 210mm, 220mm, 230mm, 250mm, 310mm, etc. the coreless shuttle has no core design, so it is convenient to press and pull the shuttles with coreless bobbins, and the coreless bobbins and PU chucks are closely matched. The material of TS series coreless shuttle weft tube is PVC, which has good toughness and wear resistance.
The total length of TS-7 coreless shuttle bobbin is 232mm, and the weight of single bobbin is about 0.04kg. The length of TS-6 weft tube is 210mm, and the length of coreless TS-9 (textile bobbin) is 250mm. The above figure shows 210mm and 220mm coreless bobbins of TS looms.
The above picture shows a 310mm long coreless large head tube with probe slots on both sides. The diameter of the big head is 34.5mm. The neck diameter of the coreless spiral tube is 12mm, the length of the neck is 2.2cm, and the weight of a single tube is about 0.07kg.
The coreless weft tubes in the figure above show that they are different in length, probe slot (photoelectric) design is different, and the common points of coreless shuttle tubes are: the small end position is solid, and the winding weft is the carrier of weft after being loaded into the shuttle. The diameter of the flat head is 17.5mm and the thickness is 14.5mm.
