The natural latex is from rubber tree, milk white , solid content is 30%~40%, and the average diameter of solid is 1.06um. The fresh natural latex contain latex 27%~41.3%(m/m),water 44%~70%,protein 0.2%~4.5% ,natural resin 2%~5% ,saccharides 0.36%~4.2% and ash 0.4% . To facilitate transportation and processing, natural rubber latex should be concentrated to the solid content of 60% by adopting the method of centrifugal or evaporation. so it also known as concentrated latex.

Our latex separator LX series is suitable for concentrating and purifying of the natural latex. It can separate the latex into the cream and skim, as well as eliminate the solid impurities at the same time. This model of separator is provided with the following advantages: inverter start-up, el.magnetic brake, short stoppin, and long effective separating time, large treatment capacity, good separating efficiency. West-lake Separator soft stream
This special inlet design reduces shear forces in the distributor and minimizes development of coagulum. In combination with the large solids holding space this results in considerably extended running time between disk cleaning compared to conventional latex concentrators.

The higher speed increases the g-force and results in a better recovery efficiency for sub micron size latex particles.
Larger separation area
The considerably larger number of disks than that of the previous model results in a bigger separation area and a larger throughput.
Larger solids space
The larger solid space compared to the previous model enables a longer running time at locations with high level of contaminants in the latex field.
Direct drive
The standard 3-phase AC motor is built for tropical climate and hot weather conditions. The motor is designed for low energy consumption and does not need a clutch.
Low frame
Our latex separator/latex centrifuge/rubber separator/rubber centrifuge is designed with an exceptionally low built and short spindle for operator's convenience and easy access to bowl parts during cleaning resulting in shorter downtime.
