Main purposes of the machine tool:
The grinder adopts Siemens 828D open CNC system, which is convenient for customers to carry out secondary development at a later stage. The grinding machine is driven by the CNC system to make transverse and longitudinal movements of the wheelhead and table to realize the grinding of the workpiece. The grinding wheel holder adopts double-station exchange mode, the grinding wheel holder base is equipped with a torque rotary table for 180 degree rotation, and the left and right movements of the table and the front and rear movements of the grinding wheel holder are equipped with Japan THK ball screws to ensure the stability and machining accuracy of the machine movement. The direction of the working table is flat and V-plasticized guideway. The machine tool reasonably utilizes the numerical control system, effectively eliminating the oil gap of the screw and the gap generated after wear, and ensuring the repeatable positioning accuracy of the machine tool. The machine tool has automatic cutting-in of grinding wheel, automatic jumping of table, automatic measurement of workpiece size, automatic two-axis linkage dressing of grinding wheel and automatic compensation after dressing of grinding wheel. It is suitable for machining industry, automobile and motorcycle industry and large and medium batch production of shaft parts, processing the outer cylindrical surface and conical surface of the parts, especially suitable for the processing of multi-step shaft parts, and it can realize the operation of one person and multiple machines.
