Electric wheel side brake
The DLZ series electric wheel edge brake is mainly used for windproof and auxiliary windproof braking of outdoor large and medium-sized cranes and port loading and unloading machinery in working and non working states; Generally used only on passive wheels and subjected to direct braking, it can effectively prevent the wheel being braked from rolling displacement under the action of wind. The windproof foundation is the same as the YLZ series, with the difference being the use of direct electric drive.
MAIN FEATURE
1. Normally closed design, safe and reliable; Disc spring applies force to brake, electrically opens, electromagnet maintains, automatically closes when power is lost;
2. The drive part has a fully sealed structure, high protection level, long service life, small size, compact structure, and easy installation
3. High performance asbestos free friction pads with high and stable friction coefficient, insensitive to water and salt spray (seawater);
4. The electromagnet maintains an open state, reducing the energy consumption of the brake being in an open state for a long time;
5. Anti corrosion design, all fasteners and pin shafts are made of stainless steel, with good anti-corrosion performance;
6. High transmission efficiency, accurate and rapid action;
7. The electric opening method achieves oil-free operation, avoiding phenomena such as brake failure caused by aging of oil pipes, seals, and hydraulic components, and avoiding environmental pollution caused by hydraulic oil leakage;
8. Equipped with a manual release device, it can achieve separate release of the brake for easy maintenance;
