Product Description
The shredder is a widely used machine for tearing big material to small pieces, which make them easy for next step to transportation or recycling. It consists of single shaft shredder, double shaft shredder, four shaft shredder, horizontal big pipe shredder, smaller pipe crusher….
Plastic Shredder machine is an ideal machine for plastic, paper, wood, fiber, rubber, organic waste a wide variety of non metallic materials. The size of the machine required for each project depends on the initial size of the material, capacity and the final particle size desired.
The shredder series range is controlled by microcomputer, featuring start, stop, reverse functions. It is fitted with an automatic overload return mechanism to prevent damage to rotor and other parts. It runs at high torque, low speed, with low noise output, suitable for recycling a wide range of materials.

1. Single Shaft Shredder
Application:
The single shaft shredder is mainly used for big block objects, such as die head material, thick wall pipes, and also can be used for film roller, paper and fibers, etc….
Main characters:
1. The blades and blades rack of single shaft shredder can be demounted on the rotating shaft. It is easy to clear, change and maintenance.
2. The rotating blades of single shaft shredder are fixed on the shaft by V shape. It is good for shredding the material evenly which can make the energy consumption is low and noise is very small.
3. Every rotating blade of single shaft shredder has 4 cutting edges, after one cutting edge is worn out, it can be changed to other ones. And also with same design to the fixed blade, which has two cutting edges, also when one cutting edge is worn out, it can be change to the other one.
4. The shaft of single shaft shredder is driven by motor through the gear box, it runs stable, low noise, high torque.
5. The material is pushed by hydraulic pusher of single shaft shredder automatically. It works strong and stable.
6. The electric system of single shaft shredder is controlled by PLC, which make the shaft can rotate in positive direction, reversal direction and stop, then to protect the machines running safely.

2. Double Shaft Shredder
Application:
The double shaft shredder is mainly used for hard material, such as barrel, basket, panel material, wood, car tires and even big bale film etc…..
Main characters:
1. The shredding cabinet of double shaft shredder is made of special thickness steel panel with precision machining. It is fixed by big angle hexagonal bolts and with strong inlet hopper. All these is to ensure the big and heavy material can be put directly into the shredding cabinets
2. The rotating blades of double shaft shredder are with special designed to the thickness, shape and arranging series which ensure it is strong cutting ability, sharpening cutting edge and then make it working high efficiently.
3. Low speed running, low noise and less powder flying of double shaft shredder.
4. The blades of double shaft shredder are made of special alloy steel, strong and long time working.
5. The electric system of double shaft shredder is controlled by PLC, which make the shaft can rotate in positive direction, reversal direction and stop, then to protect the machines running safely.
