Jieda PD800 Model Hanging Bag Large Volume Centrifuge Introduction of PD800 Model Hanging Bag Large Volume Centrifuge:
PD800 Model Hanging Bag Centrifuge is filter equipment with hermetic closure procedure task,intermittent operation and hanging bag off-site discharge.The material is fed into the drum from the top ;under the action of centrifugal force field ,the liquid -phase passes through the filter medium and is discharged out of te machine,while the solid-phase material is retained inside the drum;after the machine is stopped ,the liquid-block together with the filter bag is hoisted with the sling out of the machine and transferred to the designated discharge site.
Main Features of PD800 Model Hanging Bag Large Volume Centrifuge:

3. The reasonable structure design effectively eliminates dead corner of sanitation. The structural parts adopt smooth transition and the surfaces are subjected to polishing treatment. The external structural parts, fasteners and bowl are all made of stainless steel. The housing adopts flap type cover, so that the space between the housing and bowl can be cleaned thoroughly.
4. It is equipped with the spray cleaning system to carry out CIP cleaning of the centrifuge, including cleaning of inner walls of the housing, interior and exterior surfaces of the bowl, surfaces of the liquid collector and other invisible parts inside the centrifuge. It complies with the requirements in the GMP standard.

7. It is equipped with the nitrogen protection system to ensure air isolation between the inside cavity and the outside of the centrifuge.
