2.5 kN capacity worm gear mini machine screw jack designed for height adjustment of wash tanks in aluminium beverage can production line. Available in 5:1 and 20:1 worm gear ratios. There are no standard stroke and all worm gear screw jack systems travel lengths are built with customers required. Available stroke from 10mm to 500mm.
- Upright or inverted installation with maximum static load capacity 500 lbs in tension or compression.
- Self-locking trapezoidal screw with no need brake or lock mechanisms to hold position.
- 14mm diameter lifting screw, 4mm lead acme screw (single start acme thread).
- Available in 5:1 and 20:1 ratios.
- Custom travel length, from 10mm to 1500mm.
- Translating screw (travelling screw jacks), keyed screw for anti-rotation (keyed screw jacks), and rotating screw with traveling nut (travelling nut screw jacks) as the standard configurations.
- Worm screw is rotated by a hand wheel with crank handle (mini manual screw jack) or by a motor (mini electric screw jack). Note: Can not directly coupled with motor by motor flange, because of the smallest size gearbox. Can be attached to foot mounted small DC or AC motors with couplings for powered operation.
- Can be applied either individually use or combined into a exactly synchronized lifting system, linked by connecting shafts, bevel gears and couplings etc.

- Trapezoidal screw material - C45 steel. Customized stainless steel 304, 316.
- Worm shaft material - C45 steel, heat treatment. Customized stainless steel 304, 316.
- Worm gear material - high strength bronze.
- Housing material - Aluminum alloy with anodizing. Customized stainless steel 304, 316.
- Traveling nut - high strength bronze.
- Safety nut - high strength bronze.
Product Parameters
1. Note: The dark gray figures in the tables indicates operational restrictions due to thermal limits. Selection of screw jacks using these figures should only be carried out in consultation with our engineers. When your selection is made within the areas shaded dark gray, you will need to reduce duty cycle or choose the bigger size screw jack in order to allow effective heat dissipation.
2. Conditions: 20% running time/60 minutes or 30% running time/10 minutes, 20 °C ambient temperature.
3. H=high ratio, L=slow ratio.

Before packing, all Customers' orders will be inspected following Production Drawings and Inspection Report.
* Inspection of Screw Jack: model, screw diameter, screw pitch, installation type, basic design, stroke length, screw end types, wormgear ratio, worm shaft diameter, input shaft types, motor flange types, accessories, lubrications, housing color, orders with special requirements, smooth lifting.
* Inspection of Bevel Gearbox: model, input shaft diameter, output shaft(solid or hollow) diameter, input flange dimensions, shaft arrangements, rotation directions, mounting positions, gear ratios, accessories, lubrications, housing color, orders with special requirements.
* Inspection of Lifting System: except above points, must inspect the order quantities of jacks, gearboxes and others.
