Main Features of High output 30m3 folding arm wet concrete spraying machine1. Double-power with oil and electricity is adopted, which can help solve the pipe-blocking by concrete resulted from concrete solidification due to that the electricity is cut off suddenly in construction and the mix in pumping system cannot be discharged from the working cylinder and conveying pipe.
2. The engineering equipment chassis is adopted, steering mode is divided into three kinds: four-wheel steering, front-wheel steering and crab-walking steering, which makes it possible for the whole machine to move and steer in situ; compared with the standard mobile chassis, its usage scope is wider, and it can be used for more working conditions, which greatly improves the trafficability of the whole machine.
3. The spraying system is operated by the wireless remote control, easy to control the action of the manipulator precisely, which is fast, effective, energy-saving, safe etc.
4. Pumping system adopts fully-hydraulic load sensory system, with less energy consumption, high work efficiency, low fault rate, less spare parts, low maintenance and usage cost, high system safety reliability and stable conveying capacity.
5. Communication System adopts the latest communication protocol PROFINET of Siemens, with fast data transmission speed, high timeliness and strong reliability. Meanwhile, it can be inline with Industry 4.0 Strategy perfectly.
6. The manipulator is folding and telescopic. There are totally 9 actions, that the main arm stretches out and draws back, faces upward and downward, and the forearm stretches out and draws back, swings horizontally, besides the forearm can track for horizontal moving automatically, makes the stretching scope of the manipulator wider, makes the manipulator more flexible, and makes it possible to work in narrow space as well as in wider space, not only suitable for full cross-section, but also suitable for half cross-section and multi-step excavation. It greatly improves the convenience of operation by the manipulator, the spraying quality as well as the application scope of the product.
