Product Description Meklon12X automotive curing agent refers to a material added to automotive coatings that can cause a curing reaction. The main ingredients of most paints are resin and diluent, while the curing agent is the key ingredient that causes the chemical reaction in the resin.
The role of Hardener:
1. Enhance the hardness of the paint surface: Automobile curing agents can introduce cross-linking substances to form a closer molecular chain structure between resin molecules, thereby improving the strength and hardness of the paint surface and enhancing the wear resistance and scratch resistance of the car surface.
2. Promote the curing of the paint surface: After the curing agent is mixed with the paint components, it not only promotes the drying and hardening of the paint surface, but also triggers a chemical reaction to produce new substances and structures, thereby making the coating form a more stable protective film.
