The Application of the pulverizer machine This machine adopted material is PP/ EVA /PET/ HDPE/ LLDPE /Soft PVC /Hard PVC pellet or flakes that size not surpass the 12mm(if your materila is big size plastic ,you should shredder/crusher first). Final powder mesh size in general is between 20-80 mesh.the powder mesh size is adjustable.

The Features of the pulverizer machine
1.This machine have water cycle cooling and wind cooling,the machine can be applied into processing heat sensitive material and it can cool the machine body very good.
2.With the tail-wagging air stream(partly eddy flow)produced by the tail-wagging of the main shaft capstan of the machine(without sieving).
3.Both the board and the cutting blade are made of abrasion-resistant steel,with excellent performance after heat treatment.
4.Compare with same type pulverizer, the capacity of this mode is more higher and with severeness of framework,the volume of the machine is quite small.the cover of main machine can be opened for maintain.
5.It is completely airproof and without any dust leakage.Equipped with dust collection device to reduce dust pollution and close blower for discharge can reduce labor intensity of worker.
6.With winding reclaiming equipment,the machine is features by cooling materials evenly,quick cooling and some other characteristics.
