Product Description

Applicaion: To be used for harvesting ripening period and full ripeness period of corn, sunflower, sorghum and vanilla and other high stalk crops.
Working Mode:Cutting header conveyor roller and sawing plate harvest crops, and orderly delivery the crop stalk, leaf, and spike mixture into the feeding roller , the feeding roller clamping material into cutterheader and throw the chopped material.
Functions and Features:
1) Cutting header conveyor rolloer and saw plate can adapt all stem crops harvesting, do not need to on line.
2) Crops cutting length can be adjusted by changing the blade quantity.
3) The cast cylinder can rotate 360 degrees. This device can promptly and accurately load the chopped material into the accompanying carriages.
4) Walking system: it is the gear CVT walking system.
5) The crops height not lower than 1.4 meter.
6) Cutting stubble height:lower than 150mm.
7) Unique grain crushing and rubbing device can make further materials fragmentation and get the best domestic cutting and rubbing effect.
8) Oversize fuel tank: can contactly working for more than 22 hours. (Fuel tank capacity is about 400 liter)
9) Turning support: Can make the cast cylinder softly rotate.
10) Wheel disc chopper, it is actually upgrade on the basis of chaff cutter.
11) The moving blade quantity: 4pcs or 6 pcs or 9pcs.
12) The fan blade quantity is 12 pieces.
