Description
The controllable pitch propeller (CPP) can be efficient for the full range of rotational speeds and load conditions, since its pitch will be varied to absorb the maximum power that the engine is capable of producing. When fully loaded, a vessel obviously needs more propulsion power than when empty. By varying the propeller blades to the optimal pitch, higher efficiency can be obtained, thus saving fuel. A vessel with a VPP can accelerate faster from a standstill, and can decelerate much more effectively, making stopping quicker and safer. A CPP can also improve vessel maneuverability by directing a stronger flow of water onto the rudder.

Workshop
Our company SJMATEK has two workshops and offce of 23, 000 square meters. It's assembly workshop is specially used for assembly and joint adjustment, the max sling load is 80 tons, the hoisting height is up to 20 meters.
The company has more than 20 sets of machining equipment, there are 18-meter lathes used for main propeller, big boring machine, CNC lathes, machining center, etc. Seven sets of testing instruments and equipment, including universal material testing machine, automatic pendulum impact testing machine, infrared thermometer, portable magnetic particle detector and ultrasonic detector. In addition, there are three test stands for rudder propeller, two test stands for tunnel thruster, two test stands for main propeller and one test stand for oil dispenser.
The existing production and testing equipment and facilities can meet the basic needs of product design, development, production and service.
