1.Single power input with six-axis parallel input, each row works independently, and each row has an independent overload clutch for protection;
2.The front end of the stalk roller is equipped with a pivot (YGQ);
3.Uses the international CA555 (41.4) universal gathering chain with high strength; circular tooth design with minimal damage
4.High-strength engineering plastic or fiberglass cover reduces noise during operation and minimizes bouncing of corn ears; does not crack at low temperatures
5. Five-blade composite stalk roller design allows for smooth harvesting and strong chopping ability;
6.The header has a small inclination angle and an extra-long divider, which improves effectiveness in harvesting down corn;
7.Optional side auger on side covers for forced feeding;
8.High harvesting efficiency;
9.Designed for 3-12 rows and can be matched with various domestic and foreign wheeled grain harvesters;
10.The high speed rotary blade design ensures neat stubble after harvesting, resulting in even better stem chopping performance.
11.The slipping clutch adopts a sliding pin clutch with high precision and more reliable overload protection.
