The rubber calender is one of the basic equipment in the processing of rubber and plastic products, and the calender belongs to the heavy-duty high-precision machinery in the rubber and plastic machinery. However, due to the fact that many rubber products are composite products containing cord and steel wire, the structure of the rubber calender is more complex, the scope of use is wider, and the types are more diverse. The rubber calender is mainly used for the pressing of rubber sheets, the coating of textiles or steel wire cord fabric, the bonding of rubber sheets, the pressing of rubber molds, and the bonding of isolation film for tire cord layers.In addition to the rollers and related components (such as the frame, roller spacing adjustment device, and transmission system) in the rubber calendering machine structure, there are also auxiliary devices for rubber calendering machines. The auxiliary devices for rubber calendering machines are used to assist in the processing of the forming materials (such as rubber compounds and fiber fabric) during calendering, so that the calendering machine can perform the calendering operation with better performance. These auxiliary devices are located near the calendering machine or are directly assembled on the calendering machine, and the configuration of these auxiliary devices varies depending on the calendering process and the level of calendering equipment. Some of the commonly used auxiliary devices for rubber calendering machines include blocking devices, edge trimming devices, cutting edge trimming devices, bubble marking devices, fabric expansion and edge expansion devices, and feeding devices.

The calender mainly consists of a base, frame, rollers, speed ratio gears or universal joints, hard-toothed gear reducer, variable-frequency motor, variable-frequency drive, electric adjustable distance device, emergency safety brake device, built-in bearing device, cooling and heating device, and lubrication device with oil or grease. The roller rotation speed is adjusted by the variable-frequency drive to meet the requirements of rubber sheet production.
The rubber calendering machine is mainly used for rubber sheeting for rubber products factories such as shoe factories and ball factories, and can also be used for double-sided adhesive coating, single-sided adhesive coating, and wiping adhesive for rubber products factories.
