Product Description

Large anti-corrosion storage tanks are mainly used to store various corrosive chemical liquids, such as acids, alkalis, salts, etc. Its main functions include:
1. Storage: Large vertical anti-corrosion storage tanks can store a large amount of chemical liquids to meet production or usage needs.
2. Corrosion prevention: Due to the strong corrosiveness of these chemical liquids, if ordinary storage tanks are used, they are easily corroded, causing liquid leakage and causing safety accidents. The inner walls of anti-corrosion storage tanks are usually coated with anti-corrosion coatings or made of anti-corrosion materials, which can effectively prevent the tank from being corroded.
3. Safety: Large vertical anti-corrosion storage tanks are usually equipped with safety devices, such as pressure relief valves, breathing valves, etc., which can automatically relieve pressure when the internal pressure of the tank is too high to prevent tank explosion and ensure the safe use of the tank.
4. Environmental protection: Anti corrosive storage tanks can prevent chemical liquids from leaking into the environment, causing pollution to the environment.

Welding procedure qualification test
WPS & PQR
Welder performance test
Hydrostatic test at BlDDER shop as per Code & Local Regulations, Specifications.
Installation work for vessel internals supplied by Bidder
External surface preparation and painting as per Specification
Packing and marking as per project specifications
Preservation during transportation and storage (Including Seaworthy packing for oversea manufacturer)
Internal protection from moisture: N2 Charge
All activities to meet requirements of Data Sheets, Specifications, Codes and Standards, Local Regulations
