Cr12MoV is a high-performance cold work tool steel with excellent wear resistance, hardenability, and toughness. It is a widely used material in die making and machining tools, especially for applications that require high hardness and long service life.
Chemical Composition (Typical):
C: 1.45–1.60%
Cr: 11.00–13.00%
Mo: 0.70–1.20%
V: 0.15–0.30%
