1、 Overview:
The electric flow control valve is used to control the discharged material quantity, which is usually used together with the pneumatic on-off valve. The material first flows through a small chute to fluidize the material, and then enters the flow valve to avoid the formation of material column in the flow control part. The opening of flow control valve is adjusted by electric actuator, which can realize remote control of valve opening, so as to meet the requirements of system regulating flow. It is widely used in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, grain, glass and other industries.

The electric flow control valve is scientific and reasonable in design and compact in structure. The valve core is provided with U-shaped notch, which can be used for flow control by adjusting the slot opening. A gasket is set at the inlet of the valve to separate the valve body from the valve core. The electric flow control valve is mainly composed of valve body, gasket, bushing, valve core, bearing, air permeable layer, gas filling groove and transmission device. The fan supplies low-pressure and small capacity air, which is inflated by the aeration tank through the channel opening. The gas is evenly blown upward through the air permeable layer, and the material is encouraged to move upward. When the material falls by its own weight, the displacement is caused by the installation slope of the equipment, and the material is repeatedly moved forward. The actuator drives the coupling and valve core to adjust the material flow.
5、 Instructions for use
Before installation, please check whether there are foreign matters attached to the inner cavity, otherwise the U-shaped valve core will be blocked or the valve parts will be damaged. Check whether the transmission parts are flexible and reliable. During installation, the transmission part is not allowed to be used for hoisting and damage is strictly prohibited. The sealing gasket should be added between the two flange connections, and then the connecting bolts should be tightened evenly.
