1、 Background of the plan:

3.1 User Requirements and Equipment Conditions:
The person in charge of a communication center's computer room contacted us through the internet, hoping to collect online data on the voltage, internal resistance, temperature, and group voltage of individual batteries. At the same time, it is required to have a system backend for online real-time viewing of various battery states and data. When monitoring the internal resistance of a single battery or the surface temperature of the battery is too high, detailed alarm information should be promptly sent to relevant administrators and other functions.

3.2. Solution:

1. Battery inspection cloud monitoring terminal: (single can monitor 96 batteries)
Small size, light weight, low power consumption, small footprint, and easy installation. It can perform status monitoring and alarm functions on individual battery voltage, battery internal resistance, battery temperature and other parameters within the battery pack. At the same time, various statuses and data can be viewed in real-time online through two methods: mobile WeChat and computer WEB, supporting standard MODBUS and SNMP protocols, and providing communication protocol content for third-party platforms to collect.
2. Intelligent parameter sensor for battery: (one for each battery)
The intelligent parameter sensor of a battery is a module that measures the internal resistance of a single battery using a small direct current discharge method. It can also simultaneously measure the voltage, resistance, and pole temperature of a single battery, and can be cascaded for communication.
3. RS485 communication module:
It adopts an aluminum profile shell, with small size and light weight, and supports 485 interface level communication. It is mainly used for the conversion between 485 communication and SBUS communication. With the intelligent parameter sensor of the battery, it can upload the collected battery voltage, temperature, internal resistance, balanced charging state and other parameters to the upper computer or collection system through RS485 interface.
