The manufacturing process of insulating soft sleeves includes injection molding and extrusion.
In injection molding, PVC material is heated and melted, then injected into molds to form the desired shape after cooling.
Extrusion involves heating and melting the material, which is then extruded and formed into a continuous sleeve through a die.
The material and composition of the sleeves are mainly composed of PVC resin and additives.
These additives are categorized based on their functions, such as heat stabilizers, lubricants, processing modifiers, impact modifiers, fillers, aging resistors, and colorants.
These additives ensure that the sleeves have good insulating properties, chemical resistance, and weatherability.

The application of insulating soft sleeves is very extensive.	They are not only used for external insulation protection of electrical wires but also for insulating protection of low-voltage power products and waterproofing at branching points of communication products.
The inner wall of the product is coated with a high-performance hot melt adhesive that provides a good seal after shrinking.	Common types of sleeve wires include RVV, BVV, RVVB, bvvb, etc.
These types are distinguished based on the hardness of the sleeve, shape (round or flat), and the number of cores. For example, RVV cable is a cable with polyvinyl chloride insulation and polyvinyl chloride sheath, suitable for control installations in instruments, meters, building intercoms, and surveillance monitoring.
