Peanut peeling machine has the characteristics of simple and compact structure, flexible operation, convenient maintenance, high shelling efficiency, excellent performance and labor saving. It is completely suitable for peanut shelling operations in peanut processing, grain, oil and food processing and other industries.
Working principle:
Peanuts are fed manually. Due to the friction between the rotation of the plate and the fixed grid concave plate, the peeled peanut kernels and shells fall through the grid bars at the same time. Then most of the peanut kernels are blown out of the machine through the air duct, and the unshelled peanut kernels and some unshelled peanut kernels fall into the gravity screening screen together. The peanuts that have been screened again rise from the separation screen surface and flow into the cloth bag through the discharge port. The peanuts that have not been shelled (small fruits) fall from the screen surface and flow into the elevator through the discharge port. They are then sent to the fine-grained grid by the elevator for secondary shelling, and then separated by gravity screening to achieve full shelling. The machine integrates peanut shelling and shell-kernel separation, and has the characteristics of simple structure, easy operation, low power consumption and low noise. No noise, no dust (no need to wear a mask or hat when shelling), the shelling rate reaches 99%, and it is very clean. The machine is sturdy and durable with a long service life
