Detail Information For Bimetal Twin Conical Screw and Barrel 55/120:
Application: bimetal quality, for WPC, High percentage of CaCo3.
Customer's Requirement: good abrasive resistance.
Screw's quality: 38CrMoAlA as base steel, screw's extrude zone will be weld with alloy layer, 10%-20% tungsten carbide powder will be added into alloy layer.
Barrel's quality: barrel will be made into two parts, SKD61 liner will be pushed into extrude zone, this part's abrasive resistance is excellent, the rest part is made by 38CrMoAlA.
