Frame: modular frame, with fixed standard size. The wall panels of the frame are clad in stainless steel. Transmission system: the conveyor belt is arranged in the direction of the machine, and the servo motor is used to drive the high-precision synchronous wheel. Hole cutting: The cutting tool and bottom roll are processed with high-quality die steel, and the incision is neat without flash. Longitudinal folding: Adopt the company's unique multi-folding rod form, longitudinal folding layer number and size range can be adjusted continuously. Forming cutter: cutter and bottom roller are processed with high-quality die steel, cut off neatly without adhesion. Finished product lateral folding device: This device is used for the horizontal folding of the product for 3 consecutive times, transmitted by the servo motor and automatically adjust the phase. Quality control: The folding process shall not cause secondary damage to the material, stretching and other functional or performance damage.
