1. Application of waste PMMA,PC,PS,ABS ,PP,PE,Nylon film or scraps washing line
1.1This plastic washing line is used to treat film plastic material, just like PE PP film/woven bags,waste agriculture films , shopping bags and so on.
1.2. PS,ABS,PP PE film and scraps washing line can crush,wash,and dry the material,finally you will get clean,dry flakes,which can be used to
make granules directly or some other usage.

3. Processes:
3.1 raw material:clean PMMA,PC,PS,ABS ,PP,PE,Nylon film and scraps flakes after crushing, washing and drying production
3.2 clean PMMA,PC,PS,ABS ,PP,PE,Nylon film and scraps hard scarps after crushing, washing and drying production
3.2 this palletizing extrusion is named strand palletizing, i.e. the melt strand is cooled down through cooling tank and cutting is done by pelletizer

Environmental Protection
1, Dust removing

4, Carbon black
Carbon black can be sold as the raw material, or processed into refining good quality ones.
The whole processing course is operated in a closed cycle and does not cause contamination.
the residue of waste plastics, waste engine oil can also be processing ordinary carbon black, can also be used as fuel for production.Crude oil residue can be used as industrial, civil material such as asphalt.
