2. Wear resistance:
Among all current engineering plastics, UHMW-PE has the highest wear resistance, which is remarkable. The higher the molecular weight of the material, the more wear-resistant it is, even surpassing many metal materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, bronze, etc. The service life under strong corrosion and high wear conditions is 4-6 times that of steel pipes and 9 times that of ordinary polyethylene; And it also improves the conveying efficiency by 20%.
3. Good tensile performance:
The tensile strength reaches 22-28MPa, and the elongation at break is over 400%.
4. Corrosion resistance:
UHMWPE has high chemical stability. Except for some strong oxidizing acids that can corrode slightly at high temperatures, other acidic and alkaline solutions are not easily corroded and resistant to aging.
