The spindle adopts a typical structure with two points of support at the front and rear ends, and special bearings for high-precision spindle, giving the spindle high stiffness and rotation accuracy. The main drive is four-speed stepless frequency conversion speed regulation, the speed range is 12.5rpm-1000rpm, which can meet the needs of different processing materials and processes.
The transverse (X-axis) and longitudinal (Z-axis) feed motion is driven by servo motor precision ball screw pair to achieve fast movement and feed motion. X lead screw diameter 32mm, Z lead screw diameter 50mm
