I Brief Introduction
It brings steel plate in welding device continuously, web and flange plate use H.F current to heat metal surface to half melting state, welding it with exotic action, without require welding wire and soldering flux and realize continuous mass production
Technical process: loading car→ uncoiler → drawing machine → feeding and flattening machine → shear and end welder → accumulator → pulling out machine → synchronous control → assemble machine → welding device → flange plate rectifying device → cooling device→ pulling out device →flying cutter → conveyor and run out table
