Diamond concrete core drill bit is made up of two parts:diamond working area and the welding layer which contains no diamond. Dialead has over 10 different types of concrete core drill segments to suit different concrete demand. for example, it is totally different formulas for normal concrete and reinforce concrete. Different component and percentage inside concrete affects the drilling effect, for example, steel iron bars and pebble stone requires different kinds of concrete core drill bits.

The characteristics of a single grain size of diamond and wide horizontal spacing can improve the sharpness of core bit,In addition, the diamond longitudinal arrangement is interlaced, which can ensure the continuous diamond exposure and stable drilling. Besides,the welding layer contains no diamond, which can guarantee the welding strength and drilling safety of the core bits,etc.

Based on over 20 years' experience, Some regions demand fast concrete diamond core bits while some demand long life one, for example, European, Australia and American market demands sharp and fast ones.
