Latex rubber gloves recycling operation process
First step recycling-Crushing and Kneading
Open the top bolt of the mixer, manually put the gloves or scraps into the mixing chamber, firstly put 15 kg gloves, then put the 16.5 kg RV-NR (II) rubber recycling chemical(Rv-tech products), then add the remaining 15 kg rubber gloves, The total weight of gloves and additives is 46.5 kg. Close the mixing chamber, drop the top plug, start the first step of the crushing and recycling process.
When the apparent temperature is 80 ºC, the material can be discharged into the screw conveyor(due to different raw materials, the mixing temperature will be different, it needs to be measured), then the powder or agglomerate material is put into the cooling mixer. After two carts of material cooling together in the cooling mixer, the cooled material can be stored into the chart, the storage time should be 4-8 hours. The first stage of the recycling process is finished.
Second step recycling-Continuously refining and sheeting
Firstly put the aging nitrile rubber powder onto the conveyor belt of the refiner manually, capacity of the conveyor is 40-60kg/shift, set the data according to the manual of the intelligent refiner, the refining machine, the rubber turning and tamping device and the double-station rolling machine are started to perform automatic refining, recycling, and weighing, and complete second step of recycling.
