Precautions:
1. The oxide, oil and other dirt on the welding edge of the workpiece and the surface of the welding wire must be cleaned up before welding, otherwise it will cause defects such as pores and slag inclusion, which will reduce the performance of the weld.
2. When welding brass or bronze with argon arc welding, because the melting point of the mother body itself is relatively low, for the welding of ultra-thin tube or plate materials, please ensure that the weld pool can be formed normally.
3. When the plate thickness of the butt joint is less than 3mm, no bevel shall be provided; when the plate thickness is 3~10mm, 60°~70°V-shaped bevel; when the plate thickness is greater than 10mm, 60°~70°X-shaped bevel shall be provided . In order to avoid incomplete welding, generally no blunt edges are left.
4. The workpiece must be preheated before welding. The preheating temperature is 150~300℃ for plate thickness less than 3mm; when the plate thickness is greater than 3mm, the preheating temperature is 350~500℃.
5. Use DC positive polarity welding when performing TIG welding.
How to clean brass turn on valve for toilet?

(3) When opening and closing, the valve travels small, so the height of the stop valve is smaller than the gate valve, but the structure length is longer than the gate valve.
(4) The opening and closing moment is large, the opening and closing are more laborious, and the opening and closing time principal.
(5) The fluid resistance is large, because the medium channel in the valve is more tortuous, the fluid resistance is large, and the power consumption is large.
(6) When the medium flow direction is known as the pressure PN ≤ 16MPa, the flow is generally used, and the medium flows upwards from the lower part of the disc; When the nominal pressure PN ≥ 20MPa, countercurrent is generally used, and the medium flows downstream from the disc to increase the seal energy. When used, the stop-valve medium can only flow in one direction and can not change the flow direction.
(7) The disc is frequently eroded when fully opened.
The stem axis of the cut-off valve is perpendicular to the seat cover. The stem opens or closes for a relatively short period and has a very reliable cutting action, making the valve suitable for use as a medium for cutting or regulating and throttle.
