Detailed Photos The slitting and scoring machine is designed with independently servo regulated slitting blade and creasing wheel for quick, accurate and reliable changing of orders. Additionally, the slitting and creasing speeds feature frequency control in synchronization with the speed of the cardboard. The creasing clearance will be automatically adjusted when the order is changed. Product Description 999 orders can be in storage for realizing auto or manual order change. Order can be changed within a short time. Such two machines in use can achieve immediate order change without speed reduction. The slitting and scoring machine is featured by auto on-line speed tracking and also can be connected with the production and management system for good compatibility. It is equipped with fully servo control driven system for fast order change and accurate location. The slitter scorer is designed with three scoring types: convex-concave (three-layer sheet), convex-concave (five-layer sheet), convex-flat, which can be electrically switched. The scoring depth can be automatically controlled through computer for good linear shaping and easy bending. The thin tungsten alloy steel blade applied features sharp edge and long service life over 8 million meters. Product Parameters

We a combination of manufacturer and trading company.
2. What is the payment term you accept?
We usually accept T/T. DP and LC are also ok for us.
We need 30% payment as deposit to arrange production and the balance should be paid before shipping.
3. What is your leading time in average? How much time needs for installation?
The manufacturing period for machine is 45 days since deposit is received and installation period is around 7 days.
4. How do we install and debug machine?
Engineer guides installation and debug machine via video or on site.
5. Where is factory? How can we visit there?
Factory is at Mianfang Road 36, Dongguang County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, China.
It is near to Beijing and Tianjin, so after you get Beijing or Tianjin airport, we will pick you up to factory.
