The production line of egg tray machineStep 1:Put the prepared raw materials,such as waste paper carton,newspaper etc. into hydrapulper,making paper pulp by the shear force and friction force of water,transfer the prepared paper pulp into pulp pool.Step 2:Transfer the paper pulp into mixing pool 1,filtering the impurities out of paper pulp at the same time,adjusting the concentration of the pulp.Step 3:Transfer the paper pulp which in mixing pool 1 into mixing 2 for second mixing.Now you can add such as color agent,waterproof and so on materials by your needs,stirred sufficiently. Stept 4:Pumping the prepared paper pulp from mixing pool 2 by pulp pump into molding machine,then the mold on the top sink into paper pulp completely,under the pumping action of the mold which has vacuum action in the back,pulp is adsorbed on the surface of the mold,at the same time,water in the pulp is pumped out,then the wet paper tray was formed on the surface of the mold.Step 5:When the molding machine working,the water in the pulp will pumped out by the vacuum pump,then discharging the waste water into waste water pool.Step 6:Waste water in the waste water can be recycling used.Transfer the waster into hydrapulper and mixing pool by waster paper pump to recycled used.Step 7:Dying,the wet paper tray on the mold is about 2.5mm thickness and contain 75% moisture,then send the wet paper tray into dryer(120-180℃).Stept 8:Packaging the final paper egg tray into warehouse.
